This advice is to notify you of the Diamond Valley United Soccer Club Inc’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The meeting is to be held at 7pm 30th November, 2023 at the Partingtons Flat Clubrooms.

Business items to be considered at this meeting include:

• Presentation of Annual Report
• Financial Report and confirmation of the Financial Statements
• Election of Committee Members and Roles

A member may appoint another member as his/her/their proxy to vote and speak on his/her/their behalf. The appointment of a proxy must be in writing and signed by the member making the appointment. A form to appoint a proxy is attached and must be given to the Chairperson of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting. A form sent by post or electronically is of no effect unless it is received by the Association no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
